আব্বার মৃত্যুর পর আব্বাকে  স্বপ্নের মধ্যে দেখা:

আমার বাবা মৃত্যু বরণ করে ২০১১।  আমার বাবা আমাকে অনেক ভালোবাসতেন। আমার বাবা আমাকে অনেক অন্যরকম বুদ্ধিমান মানুষ মনে করতে। আমি ছোটবেলা আমার বাবাকে  যে পরামর্শ দিতাম। তিনি আমার পরামর্শ  অনুসারে  বেশি ভাগ কাজ করতেন। আমার মা ঠিক বাবার  বিপরীত কাজ করে, আমি যা পরামর্শ দেই, মাতা বিপরীত কাজ করতে তিনি পছন্দ করেন।

আমার বাবার অনাথ ছিল।  আব্বা যখন ছোটবেলায় ছিলেন তখন তার বাবা ও মা মারা যায়। আমার বাবা কুয়েতে সরকারি খাদ্য বিভাগে অফিসের ছিলেন।  কুয়েতে ১৯৯০ যুদ্ধ বাবা কুয়েত থেকে বাংলাদেশ চলে আসে ছিলেন।

আমার বাবার অনেক দেরি করে, বিবাহ করেছিলেন। যা ১৯৮৪। কারণ তার তিনি অনাথ ছিল।

 আর আমি যখন জন্ম গ্ৰহন করি তখন আমার বাবার বয়স চল্লিশের বেশী। আমার জন্ম ১৯৯১। এর মানে আমি তাদের বিবাহের সাত বছর পর প্রথম সন্তান।

 আমার বাবার মৃত্যুর পর প্রায় প্রতি রাতেই আমি  একই রকম স্বপ্ন  বার বার দেখাতে লাগলাম। আমি এমন স্বপ্ন দেখতাম। যা দেখে আমি অনেক ভয় পেতাম। এবং স্বপ্ন কে শুধু স্বপ্ন মনে করতাম। আমি প্রায় প্রতিরাতেই একই স্বপ্ন দেখতে লাগলাম। 

আমার মনে একটি প্রশ্ন ছিল কেন আমি একই রকম স্বপ্ন বার বার দেখছি।

আমার বাবা আমাকে কেন একই  রকম স্বপ্ন  বার বার দেখাচ্ছেন। এর উত্তর, এই সময় আমার জানা ছিল না। তাই আমি আমার স্বপ্নের কথা কাউকে বলতাম না। এমন কি আমার আম্মাকেও না। আমি মনে মনে ভাবতাম এই স্বপ্ন যদি আমি কোন মানুষকে বললি, তাহলে সেই মানুষটি আমার স্বপ্ন‌ শুনে হাসবে। কারণ………………।

স্বপ্ননে যা দেখতাম,

আমার বাবার মৃত্যুর পর; আমার বাবা আমাকে প্রতিদিন রাতে (আল্লাহ সাহায্য) স্বপ্ন দেখাতো যে,  তিনি  কবর থেকে জীবিত হয়ে বের হয়ে আসছেন। তিনি সম্পূর্ণ জীবিত। তিনি মৃত্যুর কিছু সময় পরেই তিনি কবর থেকে জীবিত হয়ে বের হয়ে আসছে। এরকম স্বপ্ন আমি অনেকবার দেখেছি। আমি ভয়ে কাউকে বলিনি। এর কিছু বছর পর আমি আল্লাহ কোরআন বাংলা অর্থ সহকারে শুনা শুরু করি। এবং আল্লাহ কোরআন থেকে এই স্বপ্নের ব্যাখ্যা আমি পেয়ে যাই।

আল্লাহ তাআলা কুরআনে অসংখ্যবার বলেছেন মৃত মানুষ জীবিত হয়ে কবর থেকে বের হয়ে আসবে। 

আমি তখন তা জানতাম না। আমি একজন মাদ্রাসার ছাত্র ছিলাম আমার জানা উচিত ছিল এই জিনিসটা। কারণ আমি অনেক ওয়াজ শুনেছি। আমি একবারও শুনিনি।  মৃত মানুষ কবর থেকে জীবিত হয়ে উঠবে। 

আমি এই বিষয়ে উপর অনেক গবেষণা করেছ,

মৃত্যুবরণ হলো একটি টাইম মেশিন মতো, একজন মানুষ যখন মৃত্যুবরণ করে , সেই মৃত মানুষ টাইম পাস মতো অল্প সময়ের মধ্যেই অনেক সময় অতিবাহিত করে ভবিষ্যতে চলে যায়। মৃত মানুষটি এমন সময় চলে যায় যেখানে সকল মৃত মানুষ কে আবার জীবিত করা হচ্ছে।

একজন নামকরা ডাক্তার যদি কোন রোগীকে বলে, আপনি সম্পূর্ণ সুস্থ হয়ে যাবে। তখন এই রোগীর মন আনন্দে ভরে যায়। এবং এই রোগী ডাক্তার কথা ১০০%  নিঃসন্দেহে বিশ্বাস করে। আর ঈশ্বর  যখন প্রায় সকল পবিত্র গ্রন্থি তথা, তাওরাত, যাবূর, ইঞ্জিন এবং কুরআন শরীফ অসংখ্য বার বলছে সকল মানুষ কে আবার জীবিত করা হবে। সকল মানুষ আবার জীবিত হবে। অনেক মানুষ তা বিশ্বাস করে না। 

কারণ তারা জানে না বিশ্বাসের শক্তি সম্পর্কে।

अब्बा को उनकी मृत्यु के बाद सपने में देखना:

 मेरे पिता की 2011 में मृत्यु हो गई।  मेरे पिता मुझे बहुत प्यार करते थे।  मेरे पिताजी मुझे बहुत अलग बुद्धिमान व्यक्ति मानते थे।  मैं अपने पिता को वह सलाह देता था जब मैं छोटा था।  उन्होंने मेरी सलाह के अनुसार ज्यादातर काम किया।  मेरी माँ पिता के बिल्कुल विपरीत करती है, मैं जो भी सुझाव देता हूँ, वह माँ के विपरीत करना पसंद करता है।

 मेरे पिता एक अनाथ थे।  जब वह बच्चा था तब उसके माता-पिता की मृत्यु हो गई।  मेरे पिता कुवैत में सरकारी खाद्य विभाग के कार्यालय में थे।  1990 कुवैत में युद्ध मेरे पिता कुवैत से बांग्लादेश चले गए।

 मेरे पिता का विवाह बहुत देर से हुआ।  जो 1984 की है।  क्योंकि वह एक अनाथ था।

  और जब मैं पैदा हुआ तो मेरे पिता चालीस से अधिक के थे।  मेरा जन्म 1991 में हुआ था।  इसका मतलब है कि मैं उनकी शादी के सात साल बाद पहला बच्चा हूं।

  मेरे पिता की मृत्यु के बाद लगभग हर रात, मैं एक ही सपना बार-बार देखता था।  मैं ऐसे ही सपने देखता था।  मैं यह देखकर बहुत डर गया था।  और मैं सोचता था कि सपने सिर्फ सपने होते हैं।  मेरा हर रात लगभग एक ही सपना था।

 मेरे मन में सवाल था कि मैं एक ही सपना बार-बार क्यों देखता रहता हूं।

 मेरे पिता मुझे बार-बार एक ही सपना क्यों दिखा रहे हैं।  जवाब है, मैं उस समय नहीं जानता था।  इसलिए मैं अपने सपनों के बारे में कभी किसी को नहीं बताता।  मेरी मां भी नहीं।  मैंने मन ही मन सोचा, अगर मैंने किसी व्यक्ति को यह सपना सुनाया, तो वह व्यक्ति मेरे सपने को देख कर हंस देगा।  कारण 6।

 मैंने अपने सपनों में जो देखा,

 मेरे पिता की मृत्यु के बाद;  मेरे पिता हर रात (अल्लाह की मदद) मुझे सपने में बताते थे कि वह जिंदा कब्र से बाहर आ रहे हैं।  वह पूरी तरह से जीवित है।  वह अपनी मौत के तुरंत बाद जिंदा कब्र से बाहर आ रहा है।  मैंने ऐसे सपने कई बार देखे हैं।  मैंने डर के मारे किसी को नहीं बताया।  कुछ साल बाद मैंने बंगाली अर्थ के साथ अल्लाह कुरान सुनना शुरू किया।  और मुझे इस सपने की व्याख्या अल्लाह कुरआन से मिलती है।

 अल्लाह तआला ने कुरआन में कई बार कहा है कि मुर्दा कब्र से जिंदा निकलेगा।

 मैं तब यह नहीं जानता था।  मैं एक मदरसा छात्र था, मुझे यह बात पता होनी चाहिए थी।  क्योंकि मैंने बहुत बाजी सुनी है।  मैंने इसके बारे में कभी नहीं सुना।  मुर्दा कब्र से उठेगा।

 मैंने इस पर बहुत शोध किया है,

 मृत्यु एक टाइम मशीन की तरह है, जब एक व्यक्ति की मृत्यु हो जाती है, तो वह मृत व्यक्ति थोड़े समय में बहुत समय बिताता है जैसे कि टाइम पास और भविष्य में चला जाता है।  मरा हुआ आदमी ऐसे समय में चला जाता है जब सभी मृत लोगों को जीवित किया जा रहा होता है।

 यदि एक प्रतिष्ठित डॉक्टर एक मरीज को बताता है, तो आप पूरी तरह से ठीक हो जाएंगे।  तब इस रोगी का मन आनंद से भर जाता है।  और यह मरीज डॉक्टर के कहे अनुसार 100% विश्वास करता है।  और जब भगवान लगभग सभी पवित्र ग्रंथों, जैसे तोराह, स्तोत्र, इंजन और कुरान को कहते हैं, तो सभी लोग पुनर्जीवित हो जाएंगे।  सभी लोग फिर से जीवित हो जाएंगे।  बहुत से लोग ऐसा नहीं मानते हैं।

 क्योंकि वे विश्वास की शक्ति के बारे में नहीं जानते हैं।

True love never ends

There are people in the world who are not fortunate enough to do what they love to do.  Just doing his work against his will, So They have to do struggle. Because They don’t Listen their inner voice for choosing theirs work.

At the same time,

 There are many married people in the world who just getting married with an other person who has not soul connection.

who merely sit and live together. According to Guru Granth Sahib. They are not real husband and wife in soul. But People have said they are husband and wife.

People said lie.  Because God makes only one   husband or wife for each other. Who have one soul in two bodies. Their soul are connected each other.

Some people find their real soul husband or wife. But Those people are not care God gift. Those people do not fulfilled God wish. So Most of the people are marry a person who has not soul connection each other. So Those people  are  suffering their whole life.

So Those people are struggling  their family life.

Because They don’t Listen their inner voice for choosing theirs soul husband or wife.

You are an intelligent girl. Please learn from other people mistakes.

"They are not said to be husband and wife, who merely sit together. Rather they alone are called husband and wife, who have one soul in two bodies."

Soul mate made by dividing a single  soul so that the soul take different body.  The soul mate called real Husband and wife.

A person pray for a thing from Supreme soul. The person is so busy in her work. The person has no time to think about the thing.

 So,  At first, God do stopped the person work so that she Can recognize the thing that God gives her. As God knows the best which thing is the best for her. 

Supreme soul give her the best thing according his wisdom.

When The person see the thing. The person doesn't like the thing which is chosen by supreme soul.

Then The person again pray to God. please Supreme soul give me any other thing. Because I don't liked your like. 

As God is so kind so that God gives her any other thing. The person become happy to see the new thing. 

The interesting thing is that The person become happy to see the second best thing. 

She chooses the second best thing. She  rejected  the first best thing which is first chosen by Supreme Soul.

The person choose the second thing because she has less knowledge than Supreme Soul.

Because God always give the people the best thing. If the people rejected the best thing. Then God give her the second best. Less Wise man always like the second best thing. 

As The person has chosen the second best which is given by God. Because The first thing which is given by God was rejected by her. Because she has lack of knowledge.

The Second best Objects always is her wish not supreme soul wish.

Supreme Soul knows better than us. Which is the best for us.

You have met so many people before meeting me.

Did you ever heard any inner voice, “that is the guy” when  you met any guys? 

I don’t know your  stories but I know my stories.

 I have met so many beautiful girls in my life only for education and work Purposes.

I didn’t get any Soul connections with another girls like you.  

My thoughts   process have not matched with another girls thoughts process except you.

They are a one kind of dead person. Because They have two eyes. But They don’t not see. They have heart. But They don’t not feel.

It’s a always a good thing. Because Every negative  things has equal positive things.

Inner happiness

Please do not take this article seriously. It is just my thoughts.

The key to your happiness should not be given to another person. It is true. 

But it is not 100% true.

it is not deep wisdom. The deep wisdom on this topic is;

Your are math’s student so I am going to give you an example related to math’s.

Please do Assume, Each person happiness is 100%. Ok

Now please divided 100 in  3 part.

Each part get 33.33 ok.

1. 33.33 happiness should depends on yourself.

2. 33.33 happiness should depends from you life partner.

3. 33.33 happiness should depends from your parents and siblings.

And Please do again Assume, happiness pass number is 33.33.

You know. 

If you are fully depends of your happiness on yourself. Then you get easily pass number.

My question is,  Are you happy to get only pass number 33.33 out of 100.

I am 100% sure. You want to more numbers at least 80 numbers out of 100.

Generally few type of questions have in Exams.

MCQ questions you can easily get full Numbers.

And few questions have. There have probability to get full numbers.

On the other side theory  questions numbers depends on your way of attend answer.

You inner depends happiness and you life partner happiness both number is 66.66 numbers which has probability to get easily 66.66 numbers out of 66.66 numbers. 

If you will get  married the right person which is selected by supreme soul. You will get easily 66.66 numbers out of 66.66 numbers. 

But happiness which is dependent on parents and siblings will have not got probability full number. Because They have life. They have life partner. I know you will be more happiness when you see your parents love more each other and doing romantic.

It’s is natural rules. For this reason, Supreme Soul have made life partner for each person. So that Each person easily get 90 numbers out of 100 numbers of happiness.

I am the king of my mind in terms of eternal happiness.  If there is no queen in the life of every king.  Then the beauty of that king's kingdom will not be revealed.  

In the same way that the kingdom is ruled only by the queen.  

And if that queen has no king.  Then the fragrance of flowers in the garden in the kingdom of that queen.  

This does not spread beyond the kingdom of the queen.

 “Calling God good names is the best medicine for  feeling well.”

Feeling loneliness in that age is a natural rules.

Feeling loneliness is good thing. Because If A person  has never  felt hungry. Is it good thing for him? No! 

Definitely it is not good for his health. 

Suppose, A person has taken medicine in a long time for not feeling  hungry. Is it good thing for his health? No! 

In the same way, Few person do a lot of wonderful things for not feeling  loneliness.

Yes, It is help for them a short period of time. But It may be harmful for longer periods of time.  Because taking medicine for not  feeling  hungry. It might be helpful for short  period of time. But If A person has taken medicine in a long time for not feeling  hungry.  You know the results.

Doing many things for not feeling loneliness in a long time. It is not good for health.

Feeling loneliness is the signal of  soul that It is the best time to  live your life with your life partner.

There are a few people in the world who spends their whole life live Alone.

Because This types of people  become happy  only 33.33 numbers of happiness  out of 100 numbers of happiness. They think  their deserved it.

But I think  I deserve to get at least 80 numbers of happiness  out of 100 numbers of happiness. 

“If  A person is  deserved for the best things  will get the best things.”

As For Example: If A woman decided that she will be live her whole life Alone.

She will become happy only getting 33.33 numbers out of 100 numbers of happiness. 

Do you know an unmarried woman have to face many  health issue?

Healthy life always have depended on the happiness in life.

If A person feel sad for a few days, month and years. He will has to face many health issue in future. It is one of the natural rules.

My natural talent

I think you want to know why I chose law profession. Friendly speaking I didn’t like law profession. Before 12 exam. I didn’t know in future what type of professional will be best for me. So I do some type of meditation. Actually it was not a meditation. It was one type of calling God best names. It was a such type. I present I do not exactly remember what I did. I just share with you what I remember. I had to do 20 days fasting. So I choose the holy month Ramadan. So I got easily 20th days. Than I had done a special meditation in morning. 

After 20 days. I don’t remember when my dream have built to become a lawyer. After few days later I discovered myself. I have natural talent to become a best lawyer. 

Do you know what is my natural talent. You have already seen it.

You see a lot of lawyer in India. Only few lawyer are famous. Most of the lawyer have never become successful. Do you know why? There are all have same degree. But only few lawyer are famous.

Today I have given you my Experience that reason.

As for Example: When I was in the university. I did hide my natural talent. I showed my natural talent in my University only 10 to 20 percentage. Do you know what I got feed back. My University have few courses. One of the best course is Advocate workshop. Advocate workshop is like a real court work. Teacher teach us how to work in a really court. We had to work like a Advocate. Ok.

You see movie in court room like Joly LLB. There are separated type of work in court. One of most honorable work is Cross examination of witness and Argument. One of the best lawyer do such kind of work. India, Bangladesh and Pakistan  have only a few lawyer who do the work properly. 

When I did participate the workshop. After completing the workshop. A person who is one of the  judge in the Court. She said me you  do great job. I laughed to myself to say myself I just gave my 20 %.

And most of my friends and senior brother directly and indirectly says the same thing. 

You can say that I don’t believe your Natural talent. Give me an evidence. Ok see my previous write you have got idea of my natural talent. 

Do you think most of the people can write like me? No. Only few people have such kind of nature talent to explain anything simply.

I have all  natural talent  which is necessary to become the best lawyer. 

I discovered my hiding talent. All people in the world has some talent. Most of the people have never try to find out there natural talent. So they are not successful in there life.

Only few people who search their natural talent. And do according their talent. After that all talented people don’t get become successful because they don’t do smart work which is necessary.

As for Example: you get a piece of raw diamond. If you do wash it properly then you may get proper price of the diamond.

At the same thing was happen with talented people. Few talented people do not Wash his diamond. So they don’t get proper price of their diamond. Some talented people sell their raw diamond. They are similar with a person who has a Duck.  Ducks with golden eggs.  The fool person killed his golden duck to get all the golden eggs at once.  Later he became a stupid.

Almost all judge are so intelligent like your. 

All judge want the best Explanation in any particular case.  

Generally lawyer have given their Explanation in two way. Firstly writing documents. Secondly by through Argument.

You are already see my Explanation ability thought my all articles.

I think you see my talents. Now what’s you say. Do I have a ability to giving the best Explanation before the court.

আমার শিশু কাল

আমার ছোট বোন। আমার থেকে এক বছরের ছোট। সে ১৯৯২ সালে জুন মাসে হয়েছে। আমি যখন এক বছরের কম বয়সের শিশু ছিলাম। তখন  ডাক্তার আমার মাকে পরামর্শ দেয়। তোমার শিশুকে বাহির খাবার খাওয়ানো অভ্যাস করো। কারণ আম্মা আবার মা হবেন। তিনি আমাকে খাবার খাওয়াতে অক্ষম হয়ে গিয়েছিলেন।  আম্মা আমাকে গ্লাস দিয়ে আমার  খাবার খাওয়াতে। মাত্র কিছু সেকেন্ড মধ্যে আমি আমার খাওয়া খেয়ে ফেলতাম। আমি আমার আম্মাকে জিজ্ঞাসা করলাম কেন তিনি আমাকে, এত ছোট বেলায় গ্লাসে দিয়ে  খাবার খাওয়াতেন? তিনি আমাকে বললেন, আমাকে তিনি প্রথমে চামুচ দিয়ে  খাওয়াতে। তিনি লক্ষ্য করলেন, চামুচ দিয়ে কিছু সেকেন্ড পর পর খাবার খাওয়া আমার জন্য বিরক্ত কর ছিল। তাই তিনি  গ্লাস দিয়ে আমাকে খাওয়ানো শুরু করলেন। তিনি লক্ষ্য করলেন আমি গ্লাস দিয়ে খাবার খাওয়া উপভোগ করছি। কয়েক সেকেন্ড মধ্যে আমি আমার সম্পূর্ণ খাবার খেয়ে  ফেললাম।  তাই তিনি আমাকে গ্লাস দিয়ে খাবার খাওয়াতেন।  আমার মা আমাকে বললেন, আমি শিশু কালে রাতে তাড়াতাড়ি ঘুমিয়ে যেতাম। এবং সকাল সকাল ঘুম থেকে উঠে পরতাম। আমি আমার আম্মা আব্বার রাতের ঘুম নষ্ট করি নেই। যে শিশু অবুঝ থাকা অবস্থায় তার মাতা পিতার কষ্টের কারণ হয় নেই। সে কি তার জীবন সঙ্গী কষ্টের কারণ হতে পারে।

ব্যায়াম ও বেকাম

একজন বডিবিল্ডার একজন মানুষের শরীরে দেখে তার শরীরের গঠন সম্পর্কে একটি ধারণা পেয়ে যায়। 

আপনার কি মনে আছে। আমি আপনাকে ব্যায়ামের 80 20 principal সম্পর্কে বলেছিল। তার মানে আপনি শুধুমাত্র ২০ ব্যায়াম করে ৮০% ফলাফল পাবেন।

উদাহরণ স্বরূপ:

আপনি যেহেতু একজন অংকের ছাত্রী সেহেতু আমি আপনাকে একটি অংকের উদাহরণ দিচ্ছি।

মনে করেন, একটি অংককে দুই বা ততোধিক ভাবে করা যায়।

আপনি এবং আপনার একজন বন্ধু অংক করা শুরু করলেন।

একই অংক। আপনি এক মিনিট অংক করে অংকের সঠিক ফল বের করলেন।

আপনার অংকটি করতে এক  পৃষ্ঠাগুলি কম পৃষ্ঠা লেগেছে। কারণ আপনি এই অংশটি করতে একটি সূত্রে ব্যবহার করেছেন।

কিন্তু আপনার বন্ধু এই একই অংক করতে দশ পৃষ্ঠা এবং দশ মিনিট লেগেছে। কারণ আপনার বন্ধু এই অংশটি করতে কোন প্রকার সূত্র ব্যবহার করে নাই।

এখন আপনি বলেন কে বেশী বুদ্ধিমান। নিশ্চয়ই আপনি তার থেকে বেশি বুদ্ধিমান এবং মেধাবী।

ব্যায়ামের বেলায় কিন্তু বেশি ভাগ মানুষ সূত্র ব্যবহার না করে নানা প্রকার ব্যায়াম করে। যেখানে ব্যায়ামের একটি উদ্দেশ্যে জন্য একটি ব্যায়াম করলেই হয়। সেখানে সে ঘন্টার পর ঘন্টা বিভিন্ন রকম ব্যায়াম করছে।

আপনি  যেভাবে শুধু একটি সূত্র মুখস্থ রেখে ৩০ সেকেন্ড অনেক পৃষ্ঠা একটি আতংক শেষ করেছেন। ঠিক একইভাবে 

ব্যায়ামের মাধ্যমে একটি সূত্রের ব্যাবহার করে আপনি যেকোন অল্প ব্যায়াম করে আপনি ৮০% ফল পাবেন।

অনেক মতো নানা ধরনের ব্যায়াম করতে হবে না।

উদাহরণ স্বরুপ আমাদের দেহের সম্পূর্ণ ব্যায়াম করা যায় শুধু দুইটি বা ডামবের দিয়ে।

আমি তোমার এই দশটি রকম মারকে ভয় পাই না। যা তুমি একবার করেছ। আমি তোমার এই একরকম মারকে ভয় পাই যে মার তুমি দশ হাজার বার চর্চা করেছ।

ঠিক শরীর গঠন সুন্দর করা জন্য দশ রকম ব্যায়াম একবার করে করা দরকার নেই। সবচেয়ে ভালো হয় তুমি একটি ব্যায়াম দশ বার করে করো।

Secret six pack Abs

I am going to share with you my Abs secret. genetically I got 7 pack from my parents. You know i start exercise when i was 18 years old boy in 2008. First time I saw my Abs in 2013. when I started train in this time I had no an educated  Trainer.  I had a big brother. I know him in the Gym. Now He is 3 time Mr. Bangladesh. He has few international award in bodybuilding. He trained me how to get Abs exercise. Because He saw me and said me you do a lot of hard work in gym but you didn't get the results. 

He gave me some tips. He didn't do workout in the gym. After A month he came in the gym and he said me. I wanted to see you belly. I saw him my belly. He became surprise. How I  got my Abs pack naturally. After that When he came in the gym he wanted to see my Abs. I really thankful.

when I first time I saw my Abs.  I never can explain my feeling.

When I felt tired by doing exercise. I just saw by abs in mirror. I was forgetting my all heard work.

Can I share with you my secret?

you can get Abs easy in your house. I  know you know better than me how to do crunch. But Everybody do Crunch but they don't get Abs. do you know why? do you know how to do Exercise by using Mind and muscle connection.  I know you know about Mind and Muscle connection. 

The secret is very simple. when you do crunch in those times you have to do Mind and muscle connection.

 Do you know how to do Mind and muscle connection? when you do crunch.

This is Crunch:

"Lie down on your back. Plant your feet on the floor, hip-width apart. Bend your knees and place your arms across your chest. Contract your abs and inhale."

The secret is;

একজন ভুতের লেখকের জীবন

আমি অনেক সুন্দর ভুতের গল্প লেখতে পারি। কিন্তু আমি ভুতের গল্প লেখতে ভয় পাই। আমি যখন ভুতের গল্প লেখি সেই লেখা লেখার সময় আমি ভয় ভীতু হয়ে থাকে। যেমন করে একজন ব্যক্তি একটি ভয়ংকর ভুতের ছবি দেখে যেমন করে ভয় পায় একজন লেখক তার চেয়ে বহু গুণ বেশি ভয় পায়। একজন লেখকের ধারণা থাকে না তার পর কি হবে। সে তো এই ভেবে অবাক  হয় এই ভুতের গল্প কোথায় থেকে আসে। তার পর সেই লেখক তার নিজের ভুতের গল্প পড়ে ভয়ে নিজেকে ছোট করে ঘুমিয়ে থাকে। একজন ব্যক্তি উপর ভুতের ভর করলো লোকটি যে রকম আচরণ করে ঠিক একই রকম একজন ভুতের গল্প লেখক আচরণ করে। তার কোন জ্ঞান বুদ্ধি থাকে না সে শুধু লেখতে থাকে। গল্প লেখার সময় সে কি লেখছে সে তা ভেবে ভয় পায়। ভীতের গল্প লেখার শেষে সে এই গল্প পড়ার সখহস হারিয়ে ফেলে। এই হলো একটি ভুতের লেখক এর জীবন।

কালো কালি:

আপনার কাছে যদি একটি মাটির কিছু অংশ থাকে। এবং এই মাটির অংশটি যদি নরম হয়। তাহলে আপনি এই মাটির অংশটি দিয়ে যেকোন কিছু তৈরি করতে পারে। এই মাটির অংশটি কে আপনি যেকোন আকৃতি দিতে পারে। 

আর আপনার কাছে যদি একটি শক্ত মাটির টুকরো থাকে। তখন আপনি এই মাটির টুকরোটি কে মনের মতো আকৃতির দিতে পারবেন না। 

আর মানুষের শরীরের মাটি দিয়ে তৈরি। এই শরীর আবার মাটির সাথে মিশে যাবে।

 এবং আবার আমার ঐই মাটি থেকে পুনরায় আমরা আমাদের শরীর বা সম্পূর্ণ দেহ ফিরত পাবো ইনশাআল্লাহ। 

কেন কিছু মানুষ অহংকার নামক কালো কালি দিয়ে এই মাটির মতো দেহকে শক্ত করে রাখে? 

আমার কি আমাদের কে ভালোবাসি না?

"শক্ত মাটিতে হয় না ফসল!

ফসল হয় শুধু নরম মাটিতে।

কেমন করে হবে মানুষ, জীবিত-

মৃত্যুর ও পরে। 

 সম্পূর্ণ দেহ পাবে নাকো ফেরত,

যদি থাকে অহংকার নামক - 

কালো কালি।

কেমন করে হবে মানুষ, জীবিত-

মৃত্যুর ও পরে।

শক্ত মাটিতে হয় না ফসল!

ফসল হয় শুধুই নরম মাটিতে।"

 All people will die.

 The whole world will begin to change by another world.  The whole high and low places of the earth will become equal and turn into a field.

 The whole world will turn into a field, and then the new earth created in the earth will shake for the first time.

 The death of all human beings within the earth's soil will be like kissing the bones of a body.  The bones of one human body begin to twitch or form. At one point all human bones will be joined or formed.

 Then the body of the human body will begin to become muscular.  Then the meat will be attached to one of the bones that were made earlier.  All of these tasks will continue to rise to the ground.

 Thus every human body will be restored by One God.

 All the tombs on earth will burst.  All the dead people will come out of their graves.  Some people will say who woke me up?

 As the tree comes out from under the ground.  In the same way

 Inside the earth, in the ground, all dead people will come out in such a way.

 And those who died outside the earth, that is, scientists whose bodies were dead outside the earth.  None of them will be brought back to life on this earth.

 Those who did not believe in alive again.  They will be raised from the grave by being deaf and dumb etc.

 All living beings will see this world as a completely empty field.

 If some people try to go beyond a certain range, they will not be able to go.

 An example of this is when I play car video games.   we could see a lot of empty places along ours car video game.   when our video game cars try to go there.  Video game cars can't able to go on those  empty places.  In the same way all the dead people will start walking along a road. They will see a lot of empty places around the roads. 

  Some people will try to go those empty places. But they will not be able to go those empty place. All people will have to walk only the roads.

 The skies of this earth will burst through the middle.  Supreme God throne, throne which holds the light of Supreme God will carry eight honorable angels. Supreme God throne will be descending from above the earth to below the earth by helping eight honorable angels.

 The shadow of the cloud will be on the throne containing the light of Supreme God.

 All the worlds   will be fully enlightened by the Light of God.  The whole world will look as bright as the daylight.

 All the people of the world will be divided into three parts.  Three will be sari.  A big Weighing Scale  will be placed  near the God throne.

 A book will be giving in the hands of all people. And will say that Read the book in your hand.  Some people will begin to read the book in their hands and will be lazy to say, "What kind of diary is this that The book have written about all the good and bad things that we have done on earth?"
